Andrew Dix appointed to NBN Co Board

The Morrison Government has appointed Mr Andrew Dix as a non-executive Director of the NBN Co Limited (NBN Co) Board for a three-year term.
Mr Dix’s appointment means a strong and diverse leadership team will continue to oversee NBN Co in the next phase of its operations.
Mr Dix is a chartered accountant and former Telstra executive with considerable expertise to complement the current NBN Co Board, including his financial management skills and his experience in the telecommunications sector.
Mr Dix also brings extensive experience in audit and risk management. He currently serves as the Chair of the Bureau of Meteorology’s audit and risk committee, is a member of the Services Australia audit and risk committee, holds a position on the Institute of Internal Auditors’ National Board, and is also its National President and Board Chair.
Mr Dix also has considerable board experience, including current memberships on the Boards of Swinburne University of Technology, and the Victorian Farmers Federation.
