The Government has appointed Mr Andrew Seaton as Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Australian Naval Infrastructure Pty Ltd (ANI) for a three-year term, commencing 6 April 2020.
Mr Seaton is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Commercial Officer of ANI. He has performed impressively in these roles and played a crucial part in helping ANI achieve its objectives, putting him in a strong position to lead ANI into the future.
Mr Seaton’s elevation to MD and CEO will ensure continuity is maintained as ANI continues as a key pillar of Australia’s sovereign naval industrial capability through the development of shipbuilding infrastructure.
The Government thanks Mr David Knox for his service as the inaugural MD and CEO of ANI.
Since its establishment in 2017, Mr Knox has successfully led the construction and redevelopment of the Osborne South Shipyard and the initial phase of the Osborne North Shipyard design and development in Adelaide.
The Government looks forward to continuing to work with ANI in 2020 and beyond.
