The Australian Taxation Office's online services will now be faster, simpler and more accessible than ever before.
Australians can now link the Australian Taxation Office's online services to their myGov account and will soon be able to complete myTax or e-tax using myGov as their authentication.
The Australian Taxation Office's online services also allows people to complete a range of transactions, including updating personal details, keep track of their super, arrange to pay a debt and check the progress of their income tax return.
The Australian Taxation Office is the latest addition to the growing number of myGov member services.
People who set up myGov accounts can already link them to online member services from Medicare, Centrelink, Child Support, the Department of Veterans' Affairs, the National Disability Insurance Scheme and e-Health.
